Delivery FAQs

How will my order arrive?
We send out all orders below £50 in value by Royal Mail 24. Orders above £50 will be sent by overnight courier. The Royal Mail 24 hour service should mean that your order will arrive on the day selected at checkout. We pack all orders to last a minimum of 72 hours after being packed and so if there is a 24 hour delay with delivery, the bacteria will still be well within the 72 hour life span. If you order is later than 24 hours, please get in touch and we will sort this out for you.

What should I do with my Nitrico product when it arrives?
All Nitrico products contain live bacteria and should be treated as such. They should be unpacked and used in an aquarium or pond as soon as possible after delivery. If there is a delay after delivery before you are able to use the Nitrico product, please store it in a cool place. We guarantee all of our live bacteria products to last in their original packaging for a minimum of 72 hours after being packed. All live bacteria products come with full, easy to follow, instructions.
