  1. How will my order arrive?
    We send out all orders by overnight courier. Ordering direct from Nitrico means that your Goop is harvested and dispatched on the same day. Unfortunately we do not use Royal Mail anymore as their service has not been up to the standard that we can accept in order to guarantee the freshness of our Goop and for it to be delivered on the chosen day. Unfortunately this does mean that there are some postcodes in the harder to reach parts of the UK that we cannot send to. Please take a look at the delivery tab at the top to see these restricted postcodes. It is possible to order your Goop on Amazon and Ebay from one of our stockists and they will send by Royal Mail but it is not a service that we offer directly.

  2. What should I do with my Nitrico product when it arrives?
    All Nitrico products contain live bacteria and should be treated as such. They should be unpacked and used in an aquarium or pond as soon as possible after delivery. If there is a delay after delivery before you are able to use the Nitrico product, please store it in a cool place. We guarantee all of our live bacteria products to last in their original packaging for a minimum of 72 hours after being packed. All live bacteria products come with full, easy to follow, instructions.
